Bodhi Mind Spirit
I embarked on this spiritual journey of emotional healing and well-being for my children. Aware of the limited services and long wait times for children’s health in Geelong, I decided to become the key factor in their healing. My goal is to equip them with tools and techniques they can carry into adulthood, empowering them to prioritise their self-care and well-being throughout their lives.
Previously, I worked long hours, six days a week, which limited my availability for my kids. I chose to change my career path to be more present for them—and in the process, discovered my true calling. Now, I’m passionate about helping both adults and children on their journeys of self-discovery.
The name “Bodhi,” meaning “awakening” or “enlightenment,” reflects our mission to help others find clarity, peace, and balance in their lives. Our space is a sanctuary where you can reconnect with your true self, release old patterns, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.

Outside, our traditional sauna nestles within a peaceful rockery garden inspired by Japanese design, featuring lush succulents and bamboo.
